Thunder Bay’s Bombardier Plant request for a court order to enforce a picket line protocol is being put off for a week.
The judge in the case says the injunction will be heard next Thursday.
Company Spokesperson Stephanie Ash says the judge has ruled in favour with them on a couple of concerns.
She says the judge made it clear that Unifor should be abiding by the original protocol agreement.
The company is filing the injunction over concerns the union isn’t allowing vehicles access to the Montreal Street plant in a timely manner.
