Booming Businesses in Atikokan

Two Atikokan businesses are getting quite the helping hand.
The Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation will seek expansion and improvement of Exclusive Wilderness Excursions by providing over one hundred thousand dollars in funding.
This will allow the business to build an 8 unit motel and equip its operation.
A new business, Calm Lake Bread Company, is also in the works.
It will create whole grain bread products to cater to health conscious consumers.
The Corporation is providing almost 5 thousand dollars to the business to build an outdoor oven and create up to three new jobs.
