A 19 year old Winnipeg man has been fined $1,000 for knowingly supplying liquor to minors.
Philip Bulowski was convicted in absentia in Dryden court.
2, 16 year old girls were found by authorities drinking at Blue Lake Provincial Park north of Vermilion Bay last June 30th, 1 of them was drunk & the arrests were made.
