Those in attendance at the Northern Ontario Tourist Outfitters Association Conference in Dryden all agreed yesterday that changes need to be made at the Fort Frances border crossing.
Campowners are growing increasingly upset over the way American visitors are getting treated at the border and state there will be nothing left of the tourism industry in 5-years.
Gerry Cariou is the Executive Director of the Sunset Country Travel Association and says there needs to be a major shake-up in Fort.
The Head of NOTO suggested that campowners advise their guests to lodge a formal complaint with the Crossing Superintendant if they are treated poorly at the crossing.
