The Thunder Bay North Stars took advantage of a rare off-night for Michael Lenko Sunday night to even their Semi-Final series with the English River Miners.
The North Stars chased the SIJHL Goalie of the Year nominee 13-minutes into the game with four goals in a 9-2 route.
Brad Arabia led the attack with five goals.
Jamie Driedger and Michael Di Lullo replied for English River.
The Miners outshot Thunder Bay 49-40.
Game 3 is Wednesday in Cochenour.
