Ontario Provincial Police in Red Lake have responded to a report of a break and enter in the community.
Officers say the incident occurred at a residence on Howey Street at 11pm on Sunday, when the homeowner heard noises of someone they believed was breaking in.
Poilce they when they arrived they conducted a search and found the suspect in the basement.
OPP say the suspect faces a charge of break and enter as well as breach of probation.
Police say 29 year old Tylor Clement of Ear Falls will appear in Red Lake court on August 10th to answer to the charges.
