Brink’s Disappointment With Strike Action

Brink’s Canada is calling a Unifor decision to strike completely unnecessary.

The union has set tomorrow as the day they are prepared to walk off the job in Ontario and British Columbia.

Officials with the armoured car company say they have been transparent with Unifor about the challenges they are facing and the changes that need to be made.

Brink’s feels the terms it has set out have been fair and reasonable given the current state of the business and calls Unifor’s approach inflexible and inconsistent with past bargaining practices.
