Thunder Bay-Superior North MP Bruce Hyer says imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

He says the Prime Minister stole his proposed passenger rights bill and his bill to unlock cellphones.
Hyer says the government versions are watered down but notes they are better late than never.
Hyer is happy Stephen Harper is having a change of heart and is protecting consumers.
He notes overall the document was pretty fluffy.
