A decision on who will be allowed to testify at the Constitutional
Challenge of the Federal Firearms Act is expected to be made on Monday.
Dryden’s Bruce Montague and the Crown will be taking a 3-day break
which will give the judge hearing the case time to determine who can be considered an
expert witness.
Montague says he isn’t nervous about the judge ruling against his
witnesses and notes he’s frustrated with the slow moving case.
The Crown has 3-witnesses they would like to see take the stand, 2 are
police officers who arrested Montague back in 2004 at a Dryden Gun Show.
