Red Lake Miners forward Bryce Young has been named SIJHL/Play It Again Sports Player of the Week.
Young finished with 8-goals and 3-assists in three Miners wins last week.
Included in that scoring barrage was a pair of hat tricks.
The soon-to-be 19-year-old from The Pas, Manitoba now leads the league in goals with 18 and points with 30.
Young has etched his name on the score sheet in 11 of the Miners 12 games and has produced nine multi-point outings.
This is the second time this season that Young has won the award.
Dryden GM goalie Carson Murison also received consideration.
