The Wynne government will release its final budget Wednesday afternoon, but many critics are already calling it a campaign platform for the June election.
The Premier has spent the past week making pre-announcement’s leading up to the release of the fiscal document.
Tuesday, the Liberals pledged another $2.2-billion for free child care for all preschoolers.
And we also know there will be a sizable deficit attached to the budget.
Finance Minister Charles Sousa has already stated it will contain about an $8-billion shortfall.
