Budget Delayed in Red Lake

Red Lake Council has held off on passing its 2004 budget.
Officials were hoping to introduce the new tax rate and capital work this week, however they say more deliberations are needed.
Mayor Dunc Wilson says there are still areas of concern and Council wants to formulate a plan that is fair to everyone.
