Budget Still Not Approved in Machin

It’s going to take a little longer to finalize the municipal budget in Machin.
Town Council held a special meeting last week to go over their preliminary figures.
Mayor Garry Parkes says they still need some financial information before they can set their 2009 rates.
He says Council will be meeting again Thursday night and he hopes to have the budget passed at that time.
