A Nova Scotia man goes on trial today in Thunder Bay in connection with the rollover of a Greyhound bus in December of 2000.
The Crown alleges 23-year-old Shaun Davis grabbed the steering wheel of the bus causing it to swerve off the road near Upsala.
An elderly London woman died in hospital a month after the crash and four others were seriously injured.
Davis is facing a number of charges including manslaughter.
