The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry is reminding the public that an outdoor fire ban remains in place.
This comes following an active Sunday for crews, with 15 new starts.
Eight were in the Red Lake area, while the Dryden district recorded two.
There are 62 fires currently burning in the region, 11 considered not under control.
The fire hazard is predominately moderate to high across the northwest.
Residents may still encounter smoke drifts from wildfires in British Columbia.
