Call for More Moose Tags

The MPP representing Timmins-James Bay claims hunters have had enough with the current lottery system used for allocating moose tags.
Gilles Bisson says Premier McGuinty promised to change the system to ensure that the allotment of tags is weighted more in favour of Northerners.
Bisson says he’s talked to some who have been waiting more than 15 years.
The NDP member says Northerners want a fair system that allows them to have a chance at moose tags every couple of years.
He believes the Province should also increase the number of people eligible for group hunting.
