The Cameron Lake area southeast of Kenora could be home to a new gold mine as early as 2014. Coventry Resources has been doing exploration work in the area for the past year. Company spokesperson Nicholas Walker says the project shows a lot of promise. Walker says there is the potential for an open pit mining operation.
