Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a federal offender who is wanted on a Canada wide warrant.
39-year-old James Houle is known to frequent northwestern Ontario, with previous stops in Thunder Bay.
Houle is described as 6’2, 194-pounds.
He has a tattoo on his left shoulder of a tiger and Chinese lettering on his right shoulder.
Houle also has a snake tattoos on his left forearm.
He is serving a 3-year, 1-month sentence for break and enter, theft, fraud and other offences.
