Canadian Cancer Society Pulls Daffodils For Sale

This is the last year you can buy daffodils to support the Canadian Cancer Society’s Daffodil Campaign.
Starting next year, pins will be available for a small donation.
Sioux Lookout Branch President Lisa Husak says 100-percent of the proceeds go to a variety of cancer care programs and services in the region.
Husak says the society has decided to no longer sell the daffodils due to cost and transportation factors.
Daffodils will be for sale in Dryden on April 4th at Extra Foods, the 5th at IGA and the 6th at Canadian Tire.
In Sioux Lookout, they will be available April 2-6 at Jonnies Fresh Market.
