Cancellations Due To Cold Weather

It’s another cold one across northwestern Ontario.
School buses have been cancelled in Dryden, Vermilion Bay, Sioux Lookout, Lac Seul, Eagle Lake, Red Lake, Ear Falls, Ignace and Upsala today.
Exams have been cancelled at Red Lake District High School.
Exams will now be held on Monday January 28th beginning at 8:30.
There will be no regular classes on Monday.
All other schools remain open, with the exception of Eagle Lake school.
Dryden Handi-Transit is also not operating today.
All cancellations are due to the extreme cold weather.
The temperature is in the range of minus 32 to 44 without the wind chill across the district.
It’s expected to finally warm up this weekend.
