Caribou Population Doing Well in Northwestern Onta

Canada’s Woodland Caribou are in danger of becoming extinct within the next 100 years.
That according to a report released this week by the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society.
Closer to home, the news is brighter.
C-PAWS Director of Boreal Programs Tim Gray says herds in Northwestern Ontario are doing well.
Gray says herd in Woodland Caribou Provincial Park near Red Lake are in good shape due to positive action by the Ministry of Natural Resources.
