Hospital Accessibility Plan

The Dryden Regional Health Centre is taking strides in making the Hospital completely barrier free.
The Board has approved this year’s accessibility plan.
Assistant CEO Wade Petranik says last year they concentrated on physical barrier and now they will focus on policy and procedures as well as employee issues.
Petranik notes among the capital projects planned for the coming fiscal year include a new elevator, signage, handrails and assessing the Dingwall Clinic for physical barriers.
