Cash for Atikokan to Boost Economy

The Town of Atikokan is receiving $28,000 from the Provincial Government to help carry out a number of initiatives aimed at building its economy.
The plan includes the gathering of information about the existing mining industry to help identify opportunities for new business and expansion.
The town is also proposing to re-designate the Eastdale subdivision into an industrial and business park.
