A group of Cat Lake First Nation residents are walking to B.C.
They are trying to raise awareness of better healthcare treatment, especially when it comes to cancer care.
Joyce Wesley says it’s not only an issue on northern First Nations, but it’s a problem in urban centres including Sioux Lookout.
The group finished the regional part of their walk as they entered into Manitoba on Thursday.
