The Northwest Catholic District School Board has looked within to secure a new Director of Education.
Brendan Hyatt has been appointed to the position effective September 1st.
Hyatt has worked for the Board for 16 years as a principal, student success lead and most recently Superintendent of Education.
He replaces the retiring Rick Boisvert.
