Catholic teachers have given their blessing to the new contract reached by its union with the province and the Ontario Catholic School Trustees’ Association.
Voting was held Thursday, but no results were revealed.
The new three-year deal still needs to be signed off by the province and the Trustees’ Association.
But it does allows for local contract talks to proceed between the Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association and individual school boards.
