Cause of Blast Still Unknown

Inspectors remain on the scene of Monday’s fatal blast at the paper mill in Terrace Bay.
William Lin of the Ministry of Labour says 4 work orders have been issued to the company and some operations will remain shut down until the Ministry feels it’s safe.
Lin says it’s anyone’s guess how long inspectors will stay.
One person was killed and two others were injured in the explosion.
