CBC Reporting Energy Deal for North

A report suggests Northwestern Ontario’s ailing forestry industry is
about to get a break on hydro prices.
CBC Radio says the McGuinty Government has approved a rebate for pulp,
paper, lumber and sawmill operations in the Region.
It says the plan would only go ahead with industry support, and could
be announced next week.
Local politicians as well as industry and union leaders have been
calling for a $45 all-in rate for several months.
