CCAC and ONA Reach a Deal

Good news for the 88-unionized workers with the Northwest Community Care Access Centre.
A tentative agreement has been reached between the CCAC and the Ontario Nurses’ Association.
The deal was reached this morning after a marathon mediation session.
Details of the contract won’t be released until ratification by both sides.
The workers were set to hit the picket line on Monday.
