Small Plane Lands on McIntosh Road

A young pilot walked away unharmed after his plane crashed just northwest of Vermilion Bay on the weekend.
Emergency personnel were contacted around 1 o’clock Sunday afternoon.
The small plane nose-dived on McIntosh Road near Canyon Lake.
The pilot was reportedly flying from Montreal to Whitehorse, when an engine problem forced him to land on the road.
