Celebrating 10 Years of Junior Hockey

The curtain opens on a 10th season tonight (Thursday) in the Superior International Junior Hockey League.
This year brings new excitement with the addition of the Expansion Duluth Clydesdales and Wisconsin Wilderness.
The longest running team in the League, the Dryden Ice Dogs, open their campaign at home against the Fort William North Stars.
The Dogs feature a young team, with a good mix of veteran leadership.
Dryden will be opening the season at home with three consecutive games.
Game time is 7:30 tonight.
The Sioux Lookout Flyers also start at home against Duluth.
The Flyers have a good balance, with the coaching staff focusing this week on speed, grit and finishing down low.
Puck-drop is also 7:30.
