The Ontario Vice-President of the Communications, Energy and
Paperworkers Union says the Province is trying to black-mail the
forest industry and local residents.
A seperate energy plan for the ailing sector could be released next
week, however it will hinge on industry support.
Cec Makowski says even if the Government finally makes the announcement
it will fall well short of the $45 all-in rate.
