The Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union says a planned
announcement of a seperate energy plan for the forest sector in the North is
window dressing.
A Provincial report indicates an energy rebate will be unveiled after
the Municipal Election, however it will hinge on industry approval.
CEP Ontario Vice-President Cec Makowski says he’s seen this movie
before and doesn’t like the ending.
