Chamber says NO to by-pass idea.

The Dryden Chamber of Commerce & City Hall are both on the same page of this playbook.
Neither want traffic re-routed around the city & would prefer the un-talked about option of expanding the existing highway 17 corridor through town.
Chamber Chair Stephanie Armstrong told Council Monday her group unamiously passed a motion to that effect at a special meeting held recently.
It will now be forwarded to various Federal & Provincial officials as lobbying efforts to head off the by-pass idea continue.
