The chief coroner of Ontario wants the province to put adult monitors on
school buses & improve 1st aid training for drivers.
Barry McLellan made those recommendations in the wake of a report into
the death of 4 year old Allyceea Ennis on a school bus in Thunder Bay last
February.
An autopsy revealed she died from asphyxia, likely after being strangled
by the elasticized band of her balaclava.
CHances called for to school busses
