Eagle River School to close forever

It more or less was something that Trustees could do little about.
Eagle River Public School will officially be closed as of January 14th,
2005.
52 students were enrolled to start the school year but those numbers
rapidly dropped to zero as parents found other facilities to send their
children to.
The Keewatin Patricia District School Board has no plans for the
building or property which will now be offered to several agencies such as
the French & English Separate Boards & the Town of Machin.
