Canada’s Veteran Affairs Minister is vowing to change the way they provide benefits to injured veterans.
Minister Erin O’Toole says he learned alot from former master corporal Paul Franklin who lost both of his legs and complained about having to repeatedly confirm his injury.
O’Toole adds they want to make the forms more simple and in some cases eliminated. (Photo from twitter)
