Changes Coming To OPP Billing

Lower policing bills are coming to many area communities.
Yasir Nqavi, Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services has introduced a new OPP billing model.
Naqvi says many communities will see cost go down over the next 5 years.
He adds the new base price per property starting next year will be $203.
With calls for service taken into account the new average will be $355.
