The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board has been forced to change its Dryden Transportation policy with thanks to the September opening of New Prospect School.
Communications Officer Judy Green says they have made a move that should result in less time on the bus for students.
Green says the change is part of a massive overhaul that will take place over the next 14 months.
That includes producing computerized student lists and setting up a user-friendly database.
The Catholic District School Board is also a partner in the project.
