A youth charged in connection to the death of a Rat Portage man in September of
this year, faces one additional charge.
The OPP say they youth, who cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice
Act, has now also been charged with manslaughter in the death of 27 year old
Arnold Fox.
The suspect is due to appear in Kenora Court on November 27th.
He had initially been arrested on a long list of charges including: impaired operation
of a vehicle causing death, flight from police causing bodily harm, dangerous driving
causing death, driving while disqualified and failing to abide by a court order.
The incident took place on September 1st, when a man was dragged under a vehicle
through the City of Kenora, before finally stopped by police on the Kenora By-Pass.
