Charges are pending, following an early-morning collision that reduced traffic on Chippewa Road to one lane.
Police say a 14-year-old boy was at the wheel of a car, when he lost control and slammed into a hydro pole.
The pole snapped, but wires didn’t touch the ground.
Four male passengers of similar ages sustained both major and minor injuries.
