Charges Upgraded Against Thunder Bay Man

A 22-year-old Thunder Bay man has been charged with second-degree murder after the weekend death of his friend.
Kyle Rae was charged Tuesday and remains in custody at the Thunder Bay District Jail until his next court appearance Friday.
21-year-old Jimmy Robert Monias died Sunday evening of injuries he sustained Saturday afternoon after an altercation.
