Police Board Chair Chief Eli Mandamin says Conrad DeLaronde has resigned as the chief of police. Mandamin says DeLaronde has offered three-months to sort things out with the board.
Mandamin says the board will meet next week to discuss how to proceed, adding that he doesn’t expect the change to effect union negotiations.
