In loving memory of Thomas Bert Jacklin, age 85 years, who passed away peacefully in Princess Court on Friday August 2nd.
Thomas is survived by his wife Dolores, sons Don and Lester, 3 grandchildren, as well as numerous other relatives.
A Memorial Funeral Service to celebrate Thomas’s life will be held Thursday, August 8th, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the Moffat Chapel of Stevens Funeral Homes with Reverend Hewitt Holmes officiating. Interment of ashes will take place in the Dryden Cemetery.
