Chris Pronger Joining NHL Front Office

Dryden’s Chris Pronger has been hired to work for the NHL’s Player Safety Department.
TSN is reporting the league and NHLPA are in discussions to resolve the status of Pronger still being an active player.
Pronger hasn’t played a game since the 2011-12 season and remains on Philadelphia’s long-term injured reserve.
His contract doesn’t end until the 2016-17 season.
