City of Dryden Employee Survey

A survey of 156-City employees indicates most staff enjoy working in
Dryden and the training and equipment available is up to par.
Staff were asked to provide feeback on their work environment, the
future of Dryden and their relationship with co-workers and senior staff.
City Manager Arie Hoogenhoom says 2-concerns were raised.
The report indicates morale is not high in the City and
communication between departments is poor.
Hoogenboom says they plan to sit down with the department managers to
discuss the findings and draft an action plan.
