Operating revenues are on track, more money is going into reserves, spending is down and wages and benefits are lower than expected.
This isn’t the financial picture Dryden residents are used to but it’s reality according to the Quarter 3 financial update.
Treasurer John Cummings cautions things will change a bit heading into next year but are happy they know where they are.
Cummings says they expect to end the year with a 300 to 400-thousand dollar surplus.
