 COMPENSATION & POWERFUL INCENTIVES

 Aggressive Pay Structure
• Competitive base salary (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses tied to:
• Case acceptance rate
• Daily/weekly production goals
• Schedule optimization

 SIGN-ON BONUS — UP TO $8,000
• Paid based on contract commitment:
• 12 months: $2,000
• 24 months: $5,000
• 36 months: $8,000

 RELOCATION SUPPORT — UP TO $3,000
• We make your move seamless and stress-free

 HOUSING ALLOWANCE
• $500/month for the first 3 months

• Convert consultations into booked, committed patients
• Fill the schedule strategically and proactively
• Manage patient objections and financial conversations
• Maintain a high-energy, welcoming front desk experience
• Work directly with the clinical team to drive daily production

 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or Front Desk in a dental office
• Strong track record in case acceptance and patient conversion
• Exceptional communication and sales confidence
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Comfortable discussing finances and closing treatment
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
