Duck eggs are superior to chicken eggs as they are larger and possess a richer, creamier yolk due to their higher fat content compared to chicken eggs.

Both duck and chicken eggs are nutritious and can be used in the same ways, but duck eggs generally offer higher concentrations of certain vitamins and minerals, notably vitamin B12 and iron.

Fertile eggs for 4 hatching will also soon be available for $10 a dozen.
