LOOKING FOR PERSONAL TRAINER OR WORKOUT PARTNER
Hi my name is Paul Wragg. I am 49 years old. I have high functioning autism. I am a two time world Special Olympics powerlifting champion 1999-2003. I am retired from the sport of powerlifting. I was inducted in to the Northwestern Ontario Sports Hall of Fame in 2019. If you type in my name on YouTube you will see my video of powerlifting and accomplishments. I am looking for a gym workout buddy, male or female. Or I am open to a certified personal trainer if I can find one. (Not online training only in person) I would like to work out at the Dryden Pool and Fitness Centre. I no longer powerlift and would like to do more of bodybuilding style training. My goals are to get leaner and build bigger muscles and someone to help with or work together on a nutrition plan. I don’t have plans to compete in bodybuilding or men’s physique I just want to get in good shape for myself.
My passport dollars will pay for someone to workout with me if he or she knows what they are doing when it comes to body building or training. I would like to work out 3-4 times a week for about an hour at a time. If you are willing to train me or workout with me and I will see if it’s in my budget. I am thinking about a seeing a dietician at the clinic to get a healthy nutrition plan.
I also go bowling September-May, and am only available thursdays in the evening. If you are interested in working out with me or training me please reach out!
I am a part of Community Living Dryden-Sioux Lookout and receive support from them, you can reach out to them as well, @ sil.communications@cldsl.ca
I hope to start working out as soon as I find someone to workout with!
